We work with vacant and occupied homes prepared for sale or rent, as well as show homes, model units, and portfolio properties. The right scope depends on the property, its audience, and your timing.
Can you work with furniture already in the home?
Yes. For occupied homes, we can edit and reposition existing pieces, then recommend selective additions where they will make the greatest difference.
What is included in a staging proposal?
After reviewing the property, we outline the recommended rooms, creative direction, furnishings or styling required, installation approach, and the commercial terms for your approval.
How far ahead should I get in touch?
As early as you can. Lead times vary with the scope and schedule, so sharing your target photography or listing date helps us advise what is realistic.
Do you handle installation and collection?
We can coordinate the full staging cycle—from room planning and installation through styling and the agreed collection—so there is one clear point of contact.
